  • In 1998 Natalia was admitted to the Law School of the Rostov State University (currently known as the South Federal University). She specialised in Civil Law. In 2003 she obtained a degree in Law with honours.
  • In 2010 she obtained a degree in Economy (Finances and Credit) from the Financial University at the Russian Government and a master's degree in Finance from the New Economic School.
  • In 2011 she defended her Ph.D. thesis in The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and obtained a Ph.D. degree in law.

Professional Background

  • Civil service class rank: Councillor of State Civil Service of the Moscow City, 3rd class.
  • Natalia worked at the Reform Management Centre, OJSC RAO UES of Russia, Moscow, and participated in developing a temporary and a final distribution strategy in the electric power industry and the electric power industry target model after liquidation of OJSC RAO UES of Russia and provided legal support for the reform.
  • Natalia worked as Head of the Corporate Strategy Division for OJSC RAO UES of Russia, Moscow.
  • Natalia was Deputy Head of the Corporate Relations & Financial Assets Office at the Moscow City Property Department.
  • She was also Councellor representing the Russian Federation in the EAEU Court.
