Biography

Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Courts Service having previously led the Government Reform Division of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. In this role she leads an ambitious 10 year Court reform programme and is committed to using technology to provide simplified, more timely and efficient services to court users.  Angela has studied Computer Science at Trinity College Dublin, Law at the Honourable Society of King's Inns Dublin and holds a Masters in Leadership and Development from University College Dublin. She was appointed as Deputy Master of the High Court for a number of years and is a member of the Irish Data Governance Board.
