International expert in ADR and ODR, CEDR accredited mediator, mediator of JAMS International (USA-UK), member of CPR European Advisory Board (CPR EAB), Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators (IAM, USA), Fellow of The National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution (USA).

Practicing mediator/neutral in a wide range of cases from complicated cross-border commercial disputes to family conflicts, as well as intellectual property, workplace, financial, personal injury and medical malpractice disputes.

Specialist area, professional interests:

Alternative and Online Dispute Resolution; development, implementation of ADR in business environment; mediation in contemporary socioeconomic environment; implementation and development of restorative practice in educational environment and in society.

Achievements, rewards:
In 2005 she founded Center for Mediation and Law (http://www.mediacia.com) which during the following years became the main force in the efforts to build necessary conditions for successful implementation of mediation in the Russian Federation. Author of «mediative approach» and «school mediation» method.

In 2016 National Award for outstanding contribution and achievements in development of mediation in Russian Federation.

Prof. Shamlikashvili is the author of numerous research articles and several books on mediation, alternative dispute resolution, law, psychology and neurology.
