The economic analysis of law, as one of the methods for resolving legal disputes, has already found its place in domestic jurisprudence. However, it is significantly limited, firstly, by the sphere of private Law, and secondly, by the sphere of theoretical models and inferences. Meanwhile, the practice of the higher courts shows that this methodology can be successfully used when considering tax, antitrust, land and other cases.
