The current situation all over the world could be called a challenge, including for existing employment relations. Entire industries have faced work stoppage, especially in services and entertainment, and most of them are SMBs. There are examples of targeted business support, tax cuts on the one hand and reneging on excessive profits and wage cuts by agreement between employers and employees on the other hand.
