The book will be presented by Pavel Krasheninnikov and the authors of the articles — famous scholars and professionals who have personally taken part in the codification activities.

The book is devoted to the relevant issues of private law related to the recent codification of the Russian law. The book covers the significance of codification of the law shaping the private law system, including great changes to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, adopted from 2012 through 2019; touches upon the issues of codified acts and related regulations improvement, the issues of separation of private and public law elements in social relations regulation, some judicial issues directly related to procedural law codification, etc.
