Grigoriy Ivliyev, Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), suggests opening up a discussion with a particular focus on the following issues:

  • intellectual property (IP) and the Russian Federation Government Strategy until 2024;
  • IP and Russia’s Digital Economy Development program;
  • enhanced law enforcement standards in IP, i.e. temporary protection of industrial designs, geographical indications, patent box, 3D models to display functionality of patent pending inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, employee inventions, etc.;
  • international trends in IP law enforcement practices.
