Lecture hall, General Staff Building (6-8, Dvortsovaya sq.)

The integration of digital technologies in various spheres of human life greatly simplifies and speeds up the processes of obtaining services and information about individuals, conducting payments.

The market provide lots of software products based on big data analysis and artificial intelligence. The offered services allow users to have access the information in a couple of minutes.

However, the development of technologies gives rise to a number of issues concerning the legal regulation of this process: Do the companies allow using the information from social network in their software products? Is it legal? On what terms and conditions? Who owns this information?  Is this information an object of intellectual property? How users could protect their personal data in the Internet?

During the discussion session, representatives of the Russian and foreign courts, informational technology companies and legal community will exchange their views and try to formulate a common position on key issues.
