Legal regulation of the assignment of rights in Russian law is in the focus of attention of the Russian legislator and the courts. During recent years rules on the assignment of rights were amended significantly. In the end of 2017 Supreme court of the Russian Federation issued massive resolution with ruling instructions for practice on settling disputes regarding the assignment of rights. The round table shall deal with such issues as providing stability of the turnover of contractual claims, protection of the debtor, the assignee as well as third parties.
