On Wednesday, May 15th, the participants of IX St. Petersburg International Legal Forum discussed amendments to the Federal Law ‘On legal profession and advocacy in the Russian Federation’ which are to legalize provisions on a success based fee. The discussion was held at the Conference of the Russian Federal Bar Association ‘Lawyers’ Fee. Present and Future’.

On Wednesday, May 15 the Moldovan Union of Lawyers and the Federal Bar Association have entered into an agreement of cooperation within the framework of the IX St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. The parties have also signed the Protocol on the accession of the Moldovan Union of Lawyers to the Charter on Fundamental Principles of Advocate’s Activity. The ceremony was held within the Russian Federal Bar conference ‘Lawyer’s Fee. Present and Future’.
