In his interpretation of the novel, the choreographer focused on the love triangle Anna - Karenin - Vronsky. In this stage production, Boris Eifman uses expressive body language to narrate the drama of a reborn woman. The choreographer says that his ballet is about today and not about the bygone epoch: the audience is captivated by the timeless emotional essence of the performance and the direct allusions to the reality. The company's excellent performing technique and Boris Eifman's choreography convey all the psychological twists and turns of Tolstoy's novel.
