Only delegates with accreditation badges will have access to all the events of the Forum.
Please upload your photo for the badge at registration according to mentioned requirements.
You can get your badge at accreditation desks in the airports and in the official Forum hotels. The location and opening hours of accreditation desks will be available on our website later.
A badge will be issued if registration is confirmed in the Forum database and a passport presented.
For security reasons, name badges must be always worn during the Forum and cultural events. The badge is personal; it may not be transferred to a third party. No other accreditation cards are valid.
In case of a loss, theft, or damage of the accreditation badge, we would kindly ask you to notify a member of the Forum staff immediately. A lost badge is invalid and a duplicate may be issued on the basis of a written request.
