Abysov Mikhail,

Biography
He is a Russian manager, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the business group RU-COM, as well as of one of its members — the largest engineering company in Russia JSC “Group E4”.
Education — university education; specialty — mathematics
Since 1993, Mr. Abyzov held senior positions in several companies in the fuel and energy complex.
In 1998 Mr. Abyzov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO “Novosibirskenergo.” In the same year, Abyzov was appointed Board member and Head of the Department of Investment Policy and Business Projects of “UES of Russia”.
Since 1999, Mr. Abyzov is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of “UES of Russia”.
Since 2004, due to changes in the organizational structure of “UES of Russia” Mikhail Abyzov was appointed a member of the Management Board of “UES of Russia” and Managing Director of Business Unit № 1.
Since June 2003 Mr. Abyzov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO “Russian Communal Systems”.
From 2005 to 2007 — Mr. Abyzov was the General Director of CJSC “Management Company” Kuzbassrazrezugol. ’"
Since 2006 Mr. Abyzov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the business group RU-COM.
From July 2007 to 2012, Mr. Abyzov was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Group E4”.
In addition, from August 2007 to January 2011, Mr. Abyzov was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO “Mototrest.”
By the Presidential Decree of January 18, 2012 (the Decree № 81) Mr. Abyzov has been appointed Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation. Mr. Abyzov is the Coordinator of the Public Committee for the supporters of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. He is a member of the Board of RSPP, PCB RF-EU RASDS.

Biography
Alexander Konovalov graduated from the Law Faculty of St.Petersburg State University in 1992.
He started his career in the Public Prosecutor’s Office in St. Petersburg as an aide to the District Prosecutor, reaching several senior positions including the First Deputy of the Public Prosecutor of St. Petersburg and the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
From November 2005 to May 2008 Mr. Konovalov served as Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District of Russia.
On May 12, 2008 Alexander Konovalov was appointed by the President as the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.
Has a rank of the Full State Counsellor of Justice of the Russian Federation.
Holds the degree of Candidate of Judicial Sciences (PhD equivalent)
Has several state awards including the Order of Honour.
